We are looking for Bank Staff roles including Care Assistants and Nurses, to join our team to provide high standards of care to our residents, promoting independence and enablement. We currently have full-time and part-time roles available for both day and night positions.

Registered Nurse

We are looking to recruit a full-time Registered Nurse at Roselea Court Care Home.

Candidates must be committed to providing the highest standards of care and support and be able to undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care required.

Responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed.

Applicants will be qualified RGN/RMN and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Excellent communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels in English. Current NMC registration is necessary and a PVG check also applies to this position. Experience in care for the elderly and previous supervisory experience would be preferred.

Experience of working in the care sector is not essential as we’ll provide you with training and development as well as a great, fun and rewarding working environment, flexibility in shift patterns, plenty of variety with no two days the same and much more.
