Care That Puts You First

Our team at Roselea Court Care Home enjoys welcoming new VIPs, fostering strong relationships with them, and spending time getting to know them for who they are. When residents choose to stay with us, we arrange a pre-admission consultation with our Home Manager and we will also invite loved ones of the resident to also attend. This is so that we can work collaboratively to create a care plan that is specific to each resident, and so that we can ensure that we are providing the very best care for them. VIPs will then be assigned a nurse or key worker who will remain to be a constant source of care.
