In our brand new care facility, we will be offering modern yet cosy accommodation for up to 50 residents, with some suites having access to private bathrooms and double doors leading to our beautiful gardens.
Our team is made up of highly-skilled and dedicated professionals, all of who share a common goal to build relationships with our residents and provide them with exceptional care, support and facilities.
Roselea Court Care Home’s Values
No matter what type of care our residents will require, you can rest assured that we will work collaboratively with them and their loved ones to ensure they are receiving the finest and most suitable care for them. We want to be a constant source of support to everyone we welcome into our home no matter what time of day or night it is, whether that’s caring for our residents, or offering their loved ones some guidance.
It will be our priority to make residents and their loved ones alike feel as though they’re part of the family with us here at Roselea Court Care Home. Thanks to our newly built home, we can offer residents all the modern comforts they will need in a warm and welcoming home. We will strive to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel like they are part of the Roselea Court Care Home family.
Providing expert advice and help to family and friends, as well as our residents is a crucial step in becoming the most effective carers we can be. We prioritise building relationships between staff, residents, and their families, allowing us to gain a more clear overview of our residents and in turn build individualised care plans and solutions.
Going Above & Beyond
At Roselea Court Care Home, we have gone to great lengths to guarantee our residents live in a luxurious yet welcoming care home that is accessible. When you or your loved one stay with us at Roselea Court Care Home, you can expect to feel safe, respected and engaged every day, as our teams go above and beyond to provide you with personalised care, outstanding facilities and stimulating activities.
Care that Puts You First
Our team at Roselea Court Care Home are thoroughly excited to welcome our first residents, foster strong relationships with them and spend time getting to know them for who they are. When our future residents choose to stay with us, we will arrange a pre-admission consultation with our Home Manager and we will also invite loved ones of the resident to also attend. This is so that we can work collaboratively to create a care plan that is specific to each resident, and so that we can ensure that we are providing the very best care for them. Residents will then be assigned a nurse or key worker who will remain to be a constant source of care.
