Easter at Roselea Court was full of laughter, friendly competition and plenty of chocolate, bringing residents and families together for a memorable celebration.

The Easter raffle added to the excitement, with Hazel taking first prize, Shyvoone winning second, and the Gavin family coming in third. Congratulations were shared all round, along with warm wishes for an eggcellent Easter.

The Easter egg hunt quickly became the highlight of the day, turning surprisingly competitive as everyone joined in the fun. One resident joked, “I didn’t survive the 70s to lose an egg hunt,” setting the tone for what followed. Graham raced past in his wheelchair, calling out, “Two eggs already, amateurs!” as laughter filled the space.

In the end, it was Christine who emerged victorious, her basket full to the brim. Smiling, she simply put it down to “experience.” Cathy was already looking ahead, adding, “Next year, I’m bringing a bigger basket.”

The day was filled with shared moments, laughter and a generous amount of chocolate. Easter at Roselea Court brought everyone together in the best way, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere that will be remembered by all who took part.
