Celebrating International Nurses Day

On Thursday 12th May 2022, Roselea Court Care Home was excited to celebrate International Nurses Day alongside our incredible team and our residents.

It was a day to reflect on everything that the amazing team of nurses do for the residents at Roselea Court Care Home, and recognise the extraordinary things they accomplish every single day. Our nurses provide a variety of types of care for all of our residents, and for that, we really do give our thanks.

All of our nurses were awarded a certificate to honour their achievements and to reward them for always showing the highest levels of care, kindness, and respect towards each and every single one of our residents. They were also given a bottle of prosecco to celebrate their hard work, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and a novelty shot glass which has the phrase “Nurses Need Shots Too” emblazoned across the front of it!

All across the globe, nurses have been celebrated and recognised for all of the incredible work that they do. With International Nursing Day on the 12th of May 2022 representing the end of National Nursing Week, we encourage everyone to take a moment to say “thank you” to these hardworking healthcare professionals.
