Our Employee of the Month for April

This month, at Roselea Court Care Home we are excited to announce our very own “Employee of The Month”, Andy Veitch our Maintenance Officer. Every month the staff and residents at Roselea Court Care Home get the opportunity to nominate an “employee of the month”, this is an opportunity for us all to be able to highlight and recognise the hard work that is consistently carried out at our care home and to show our appreciation. 

To reward Andy for his hard work, he received a bottle of Tattinger, chocolate and various other beverages. In the words of Arlene, a resident at Roselea Court Care Home, this is how Andy exceeds himself by going above and beyond to deliver a first-class service for the residents at Roselea Court Care Home. 

“Andy is a friendly guy who is always smiling. He has the ability to put everyone at ease. His days are busy and usually jam-packed with things requiring his attention. He does this without grumbling, taking everything in his stride” 

At Roselea Court Care Home in Stirling, we go above and beyond to appreciate all of the hard work and dedication that is delivered to our residents by our team of professional and hard-working members of staff. To ensure that our team remain motivated throughout the year, we feel it is important for our staff to be valued and for their hard work to never go unmissed.
