Inspiring Arts & Crafts with Creative Mojo

Our residents always enjoy activities especially when it means creating works of Art with Creative Mojo Central Scotland. Creative Mojo is an all-inclusive craft experience catering to individuals of all backgrounds, including the elderly, adults with learning and physical disabilities, individuals with mental health concerns, as well as those living with dementia; promoting creative expression for everyone.

Creative Mojo Central Scotland paid a special visit to Roselsea Court Care Home, Stirling bringing with them a fun-filled arts and crafts workshop. This event provided an opportunity for residents to show off their artistic talents, express their creativity, and enjoy a truly engaging and uplifting experience.

Under the guidance and expertise of the visitors from Creative Mojo Central Scotland and the Roselea Court activities team, residents immersed themselves in a range of artistic activities. From painting and drawing and creating a collage, the workshop offered many creative avenues for the residents to explore and experiment with.

Throughout the day, the air was filled with laughter, inspiration, and the satisfaction of each person doing their part. The shared experience allowed residents to connect with one another, share stories, and appreciate the diverse talents and perspectives that exist within the Roselea Court community.

The impact of Creative Mojo Central Scotland's visit extended beyond the workshop. The enthusiasm and energy generated during the session inspired and motivated future activities. The artwork was proudly displayed within the home, in fact, our art gallery is filling up! Displaying our residents' artwork serves as a visual reminder of their remarkable achievements and the power of creativity no matter a person's age.

This collaboration highlights the impact that creative arts can have on enhancing the well-being and quality of life of residents, by providing a platform for self-expression and sense of community.
