Meet our Management Team here at Roselea Court Care Home.

We are a passionate team, here to support you where we can and in any way you need. We listen to your every request and monitor you to enable you and to ensure that you always receive the appropriate care that is required for you to live your best life.

Having opened recently in January 2022, we have had an amazing journey to get here today. We feel confident that our team can provide you with the highest standards of care and support. The management team is made up of our Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Chef and Kitchen Team, Senior Registered Nursing Team, Office Manager, Maintenance Manager, Head of Housekeeping, and Housekeeping/Ancillary Team.

We are a team with extensive experience and the commitment to continue learning so that we are always offering the very best to our residents. Below are some of the management team that you will often see around Roselea Court and some fun facts about them.

Home Manager - Helen

Helen is a Registered General Nurse and leads the team at Roselea Court Care Home as the General Manager. Helen has extensive knowledge and a wealth of experience in Elderly Care, Dementia Care, and Palliative Care. She brings to the role an immense amount of passion in ensuring that the very best care and support is offered to all of the residents enabling them to have a voice, choice, and control of how they live and enjoy their time at Roselea Court.

Head of Housekeeping - Nancy

Nancy joins us as our Head Housekeeper and has 40 years of experience in hygiene and Infection Prevention and control, notably in living settings. Nancy and her team will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and high standards within the home to ensure that it is a warm and welcoming setting for all residents and visitors.

Maintenance Manager - Andy

Andy brings a wealth of experience having worked in various demolition, recycling plant setups where building and ongoing maintenance have been key. Andy joins the team at Roselea Court and will be looking after the maintenance and DIY of the home ensuring that it has a beautiful homely feel for you to enjoy, while you are residing here.
